Zuo River Scenic Area

The Zuo River Scenic Area, 190 kilometers or 120 miles southeast of Nanning, has limestone rock formations that are found throughout the region as well as approximately 80 groupings of unique Zhuang minority rock paintings. The largest of these is in the Huashan area, where you will find an immense rock painting that is 40 meters or 130 feet high and 220 meters or 720 feet wide. The paintings have been estimated to be over 200 years old.
