Hailar
China, an East Asian country is one of the world’s oldest civilizations. It has a vast cultural history of more than five thousand years and an outstanding natural beauty. Hailar is a city in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, People's Republic of China. Administratively speaking, it is a district of Hulunbuir prefecture-level city, and the capital of that prefecture-level city. In reality, Hailar is the urban area, with Hulunbuir being the wider geographical region that contains the urban area. According to the 1999 census, population was 209,294. Hailar was founded as a Chinese fort in 1734, and during the administration of the Republic of China it was the capital city of Xing'an Province. It is a center of agricultural production on the Chinese Eastern RR. Once known as Hulun, Hailar is comprised of two areas. The old section, reflects traditional Chinese elements. The newer section is a modern industrial zone.
It can also be considered as the preeminent, historical and potential tourism destination that enjoys a very positive reputation with worldwide travelers to become one of the most visited places.
