Xiamen
China is located in Eastern Asia, bordering the East China Sea, Korea Bay, Yellow Sea, and South China Sea, between North Korea and Vietnam. It has an extremely diverse climate, tropical in south to sub arctic in north. It is world's fourth largest country after Russia, Canada, and US. Beijing is the capital of China. It has 23 provinces, 5 autonomous regions and 4 municipalities. Xiamen is a coastal sub-provincial city in southeastern Fujian province, People's Republic of China. It looks out to the Taiwan Strait and borders the cities of Quanzhou and Zhangzhou to the north and south respectively. Xiamen is famous for being an ancestral home to overseas Chinese and Taiwanese as well as one of the earliest special economic zones in China. It covers an area of 1,565 square kilometers with a local population of 2.01 million inhabitants.
Xiamenis also said to be as the town of best geographical environment and can trace its origins back to prehistoric times. Today, one can also learn about its history, from its earliest times and pursue enthusiasm in its natural beauty and populace.
